| I’ve Got Some Exciting News |

I’m so sorry that I’ve been MIA for the past month but I have a good reason that I’m about to explain…

To put it simply, I moved home to Ireland!

It’s still incredibly strange to me that I’m sat typing a blog post in my living room in Ireland but yet a couple of weeks ago I was writing my posts in South Africa. Talk about a big change!

To fill you in on how this came about, I was offered a job that I couldn’t turn down. I have been given an amazing opportunity & opportunities like that don’t come around twice so it was a no-brainer that I was going to accept it. While I’m incredibly lucky in that perspective, I’m also lucky in more ways than one. I have such a supportive and encouraging boyfriend who has made sacrifices to move with me. I know that it isn’t easy to leave your family & friends behind to start a new life; I know that all too well. But I’m very lucky that he did that for me without giving it a second thought. It’s one of the many reasons that I love him so much & I’m excited to build our new life together here.

We’ve got our place & I’ve just finished the first week of my job & so far we’re settling in & it’s been lovely. It’s been a crazy month & a big adjustment for the two of us but we’re excited for the future & what it has in store for us.

I can’t wait to take you on this journey with me
